  Paul & Joy - Hamilton - New Zealand
A large project encompassing a residence, office and warehouse for Paul & Joy. The project will show case straw's great accoustic and aesthetic properties.

  Pam & Roy's Chateau - Te Awamutu - NZ
Phase 2 of a project that began with the design of a smaller guest cottage (see below). The house design emulate the character and style of french- provincial homesteads, with a buttress-walled tower and curving roof eaves.

  Simon & Liz - Cambridge - New Zealand
A new home for a hard-working farming family in the Waikato. Designed to accommodate 4 kids and 2 adults - the house makes use of 2 seperate 'wings' one private and one public, with a kid's hide-out upstairs!

A getaway 'Bach' for John and Holly. Design utilises a central open plan living area with high volume & raking ceilings, with 2 more 'intimate' multi-purpose bedroom wings on either side.

A compact 2 bedroom residence designed to provide comfortable living for Pam & Roy, as well as for future guests or relatives. Plastered straw bale ceilings will ensure a cosy and VERY warm interior!

A new straw built home for John Barb and their 3 wonderful kids. The house nestles comfortably into the undulating Waikato landscape with it's curved roof and split level floor plan.

A unique floor plan based on a concept of two interlocking hearts for a client who literally embraces life (she's a midwife :-) Light is provided by a clear-storey, and multi-use design ensures this 'smallish' home is enjoyed to its fullest. Project is going ahead, with Building Consent already having been issued

A simple design centred around a light, airy living area, that catches all-day sun with its clerestorey windows. 3 bedrooms and a multi-purpose carport complete the picture.

A 3 bedroom straw built home, that required extensive storage for our client's agricultural machinery. The solution - a combination of a cost-effective TotalSpan steel portal 'shed', with a straw built 'living' extension.

Sand Dune House - Dallas - USA
This straw built home is called the ‘Sand Dune House’ because of its ‘rolling’ roof line. It is being designed for an urban farm development in Dallas.
